Our powerlifting team showed up strong at the Regional Meet in Bells and delivered an incredible performance! The team lifted extremely well across the board, with many athletes hitting huge PRs (personal records) and pushing themselves to new limits. Their hard work, dedication, and determination truly paid off on the platform.

A special shoutout goes to Preslie Parrish, who had an amazing meet and fought hard to earn 5th place in her weight class, bringing home a well-deserved medal. Her effort and focus throughout the competition were outstanding!

And of course, we have to recognize our MVP, Dianne Flores, who absolutely dominated her division. Dianne took 1st place overall in her weight class, earned the Best Bench Press in the Lightweight Class, and received the award for Best Overall Lifter in the Lightweight Class. To top it all off, Dianne has officially qualified for State! Her performance was nothing short of incredible and a true example of excellence in powerlifting.

We are extremely proud of every athlete who competed and represented our team with strength and determination. The future is bright!
