Tom Bean Varsity Lady Cats earned a 12-0 shutout win over Collinsville on Tuesday, led by a dominant performance from Blake Edwards. Edwards struck out 11 batters over five innings while allowing no hits, runs, or walks.

The Lady Cats got on the board in the second inning with an RBI single from Allie Mauriello, then broke the game open with an eight-run third inning. The rally included a two-run triple from Addison O’Bier, an RBI double from Edwards, and key contributions throughout the lineup.

Tom Bean finished with 12 hits on the night, with Ali Vick leading the way at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3. Multiple players, including Mauriello and Edwards, added strong offensive performances to keep the momentum going.
