Ryan DeArmond brought home Best Overall Lifter and Best Bench Press in the lightweight platform at regionals.
Ryan also placed 3rd overall at the State Meet, and share the state deadlift record for his weight class.
Proud moment that was a long time coming—took a while for the award to finally arrive, but it was well worth the wait. Hard work pays off.
