The Tom Bean Lady Cats finished the Moody Volleyball Tournament with a 3-1 record!

The Lady Cats picked up wins over Hubbard, Moody, and Bartlett, while falling to Salado JV in a hard-fought match.

vs. Hubbard: 25-22, 25-7
vs. Moody: 25-22, 16-25, 25-15
vs. Bartlett: 25-18, 25-23
vs. Salado JV: 5-25, 22-25

This travel tournament was a great opportunity for our athletes to build team chemistry, spend time together, and grow closer as a team. These experiences off the court are just as important as what happens between the lines, and we loved seeing our girls encourage, support, and have fun with one another throughout the weekend!

We’re incredibly proud of the way these Lady Cats competed, battled, and continued to improve throughout the tournament. Going 3-1 against tough competition is a great accomplishment, but what makes us even more proud is the growth we saw as a team. The girls stepped up for one another, stayed positive through tough moments, and continued to fight for every point. Tournaments like this give our athletes the opportunity to learn, compete, build confidence, and create memories that will bring them closer together as the season continues. The hard work is showing, and we’re excited to see what this team can accomplish together!
