The first week of district softball is complete for the Lady Cats.

On Tuesday night, the Lady Cats fought hard despite a tough game against Whitewright. Alexandra Mauriello started off strong, collecting a hit for the Lady Cats. Oliva Noga battled through five innings, striking out two. The Lady Cats continue to grow and will look to bounce back in their next game.

On Friday, the Lady Cats hosted Sam Rayburn. Although it was a hard fought game, the Lady Cats would come up short and go to 0-2 in district play.
