JV (2-7 LOSS):
The Tomcats battled and had chances but lost 7-2 to the Tigers. At the plate, Carter Mayo had an RBI single. Brendan Goodman, Baylen Merriman, and Ty Jones all had a hit a piece on the day. Carter Mayo and AJ Carney both battled on the mound going a combined 4 innings and giving up only 1 earned run and striking out 7.

Varsity (11-1 WIN):
The Tomcats run ruled the Tigers 11-1 in 5 innings. Dyson Farris led the offense with 3 hits and 3 RBI's. Braylin Barrett had a double and Ryan DeArmond had a 2 run single. On the mound, Keaton Reed picked up the win going 3 innings. Reid Sharp was dominant on the mound going 2 perfect innings and striking out 3.

The Tomcats will finish district play on Friday against Sam Rayburn @ Home.
JV will play at 4:30 and Varsity at 6:30.
