On Tuesday, September 10, our middle school softball team delivered a commanding performance against Celeste, coming away victorious.

Blake Edwards, our ace pitcher, was a key player in the win, delivering a strong performance from the circle. Her precision and resilience on the mound kept Celeste’s batters in check, allowing our team to maintain control throughout the game.

The hitting was nothing short of spectacular. Addison O’Beir stole the spotlight with two impressive in-the-park home runs. Cady Farrell also made significant contributions, hitting a triple and another in-the-park home run, adding to the team’s offensive surge. Addison Porter joined in on the action with an in-the-park home run and a double.

Defensively, the team was equally impressive. They worked diligently in the field, which resulted in allowing only one run throughout the game. The defense’s solid performance was instrumental in securing the win.

For fans of middle school softball and supporters of our team, mark your calendars! The girls will be back on the field next week for another exciting game at home. They’ll be facing off against North Lamar on Monday, September 17, at 5 p.m. Come out and cheer on these talented athletes as they continue to show their skills and determination.
